Job Description

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is looking for a seasoned technology and consulting Director of Sales for its Digital Sustain and Digital ASM/Application Support Maintenance business, to join the Global Growth team, which creates the global strategy, operating model, and organization for sustainable and systematic growth across the organization. As the leader in the sales team, you will develop, drive, and lead new business opportunities for Publicis Sapient's post launch Digital Sustain Services in the UK and Europe.

Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to bring new sales of Publicis Sapient's services that address the post launch requirements of our Digital Customers. These include Digital ASM, Digital Run and Digital Operations. You will do this by your own efforts of interfacing with existing account teams and with net-new logo acquisition teams and building a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base in the areas of sustain solutions, a track record of delivering results, and good interpersonal, stakeholder management and organizational skill sets.

To be the ideal candidate you would have had proven success in building and leading sales teams for technology services companies, with a focus on growing Digital Engineering and Cloud businesses to support sustain solutions. You will have a strong solution sales mindset, with the experience, expertise, confidence, and presence to work with senior leaders both at Publicis Sapient and customer organizations. Experience in leading, constructing and closing large multi-year ASM and/or Cloud Infra deals at Fortune level companies will be a strong advantage; and so will be experience of working with Hyperscalers and other cloud platform providers. Experience of working in a matrixed environment, which includes interfacing with Industry and Regional sales teams is a must. Knowledge of DevOPs and SRE will be an added advantage.

Your Impact:
Creates and executes a sales plan that will achieve Publicis Sapient's business goals in the space of ASM for Digital Platforms and ApplicationsBuilds a global sales team as per the plan, and manages their quotas and performanceInterlocks with the matrixed country and vertical leadership to define ways-of-working, identify target accounts and build specific execution plansInterfaces with client at all levels within existing and prospective account(s), consults with customers to fully understand their needsIdentifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Leverages a client-diagnostic sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover client specific issues and/or opportunitiesIdentifies and manages resources to develop proposals that position the full range of Publicis Sapient's Digital Business Transformation capabilities with post-launch Digital Sustain at the coreCollaborates with Publicis Sapient's executive team and subject matter experts to jointly present proposalsWorks with Technology Alliance Partner teams such as Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Google, Salesforce and others to jointly develop opportunities

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experiences
Sales and business development experience in driving growth of sustain related business services in the areas of ASM and/or ADM services with experience gained as a sales leader with oversight of sales strategies and targets in this field.Experience in leading and winning multi-year cloud technology and consulting services at Fortune-level customers is essential.Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business is essential.Strong business awareness, communication and presentation skills are essential.Strong organization skills with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities is essential.Strong stakeholder management skills - the ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals and lead high level customer relationship management.Track record in working with talented sales personnel and mentoring less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management and negotiation skills.Willingness to and experience of driving the delivery of value to clients and helping shape and build a fast-paced, growing organization is essential.Willingness and ability to undertake heavy travel to customer locations for deal-related meetings.Further education qualification is desirable (BS, B-Tech or equivalent technology degree and/or MBA).
