A prestigious, international client in the financial sector have a new role available. They are looking for: 1 x IT Support Specialist The role is offering:- b2b contract
- 6 month contact (with repeated extension)
- Up to 800 PLN per day Responsibilities:* Direct and remote technical support for other employees in problems with computer hardware and applications
* Applying for new user accounts in IT systems, like Active Directory, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
* Participation and development of new IT projects conducted locally and globally
* Administration of users server shared resources permissions
* Administration and providing User Access in various systems
* Conducting internal training for employees
* Servicing reports within the notification system
* Developing IT support systems
* Performing IT equipment maintenance
* Close cooperation with other IT teams
* Routing problems and tasks to internal support group
* Work with incident and request tickets Service Now (chat, onsite or remote support, phone) Requirements:* Excellent working knowledge of IT environment Windows OS and O365 with strong focus on Digital Tools, eg. SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
* Understanding of IT Environment and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
* Professional customer service skills (experience in ServiceDesk will be an asset)
* Interest in IT security (experience in the area will be an asset)
* Knowledge of network issues
* Knowledge of iOS will be an asset
* Fluency in Polish and English Further information about the role will be found out during interview.
