About the role: We are looking for a Analysis Optimisation Lead to join our growing team.You will be responsible for leading and developing our data analyst team.You will be responsible for organizing and driving the successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data analysts and employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Train, mentor, and supervise data analystsOversee digital analytics projects (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics)Manage data visualization initiativesLead testing and optimization effortsDesign systems to convert raw data into actionable business insightsPresent analytical findings to business teamsFoster a data-driven culture to enhance client strategiesAssist in new business development processesContribute to the definition of new services and products based on data analysis and optimization insightsSkills we are looking for 5-7 years of experience with digital analytics toolsIn-depth knowledge of GA4 (Adobe will be positively considered), its features, and potential benefits for clientsDemonstrated ability to translate GA4/Adobe implementation results into meaningful insights and recommendationsExperience in integrating Analytics platforms (GA, Adobe) with other tools and platforms for enhanced data analysis and reportingStrong client-facing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate the value of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics implementations to clients with varying levels of technical knowledgeProven track record of using GA/Adobe data to drive successful marketing strategies and improve business performanceFamiliarity with other web analytics tools, as well as marketing automation and CRM platforms, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the marketing technology ecosystemFamiliarity with data visualization and CRO best practicesKnowledge of privacy regulations and their implicationsAwareness of cookieless tracking and its impactsCommitment to staying current with industry best practices and policiesExceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to learn quickly in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and changing prioritiesFamiliarity with SQL and BigQuery (preferred)Intermediate to advanced English proficiencyBeneffitsHealth insuranceSalary 50.000EUR depends on experience& more!
