IT Business Analyst, Lelystad / Home, EUR4800 Gross - Exclusive Opportunity!

One of our exclusive clients, an international wholesale business that distribute a range of innovative products globally, is actively looking for an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to join their established team and provide the bridge between the business, internal processes and the technology that supports the organisation.Reporting directly into the Digital and IT Manager, you would be responsible for the analysis of internal processes through process modelling, finding ways to increase efficiency, and translate this into basic functional design.With office locations in the Netherlands, India and Dubai, my client truly values a diverse and inclusive working environment, where collaboration and learning are fully supported and encouraged.Responsibilities:Prepare, process, and maintain business documentationCapture and update information on business systemsPerform basic functional design according to business requirementsTranslate business processes to improved technical requirementsPro-actively advise on process improvement through technical innovationsTest, monitor, and report on data and information related to implemented business solutionsSuccessful candidates will have: Bachelor's Degree qualification or higher, preferably in Information TechnologyExperience in a similar IT Business Analyst positionAbility to effectively communicate with a diverse team and explain complex technical solutions to business partners and users with limited technical backgroundBroad IT understanding, with experience working with ERP solutionsEnthusiastic and eager to learn, with an analytical approachMy client is offering:Generous starting salary up to EUR4,800 gross p/mFlexibility to work 2-3 days a week from homeAttractive employee benefits including a company bonus, pension, 27 days holiday, etc.Clearly defined and structure learning and development programContinuous feedback and regular reviews for personal development, professional growth and career progressionOpportunity to contribute to the digitalisation of a global business My client is looking to fill this position ASAP, so if you feel you have the relevant skills for this role, please send your CV to Sebastian at [email protected], or call +31 20 808 6363.
