Service Desk Analyst

£23,000 to £27,000 + 5% Bonus & Benefits Package

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join an industry leading company in a highly varied and interesting role where they put a huge amount of emphasis on training, personal development, and internal progression.

This company are a global manufacturer and technology company. 2022 and the start of 2023 has been a great time for them as they continue to expand and grow and are in a financially strong position. Through this growth they are looking to add to their Service Desk Analyst team based out of Oldham, Greater Manchester.

In this role you will be part of a team supporting up to 3000 global users, on a range of 1st line and 2nd line support incidents, with lots of troubleshooting, to meet SLAs. They put a huge emphasis on training, development and progressing their internal staff. In this role you will start on a 3 month training plan that will help to upskill you across all areas of need. They operate on a rotating shift pattern so that they always have European coverage, one week of 6am to 2pm, one week of 8am to 4pm, one week of 10am to 6pm, with occasional on call required. This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days per week on site in Oldham and 2 days per week working from home.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst with experience of 1st line and 2nd line Support. You will have strong Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 skills as well as lots of troubleshooting experience.

The person:

*Experience in Service Desk Analyst roles offering 1st & 2nd line support

*Great Troubleshooting skills

*Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
