We’re looking for a highly experienced IT Field Engineer to join our established IT Support team in Bolton.
The IT Field Engineer will proactively attend all customer sites, providing support for hardware and software issues as well as Microsoft operating systems, networks, and applications.
This role will be responsible in enhancing the client’s professional image through effective and efficient customer service.
The day-to-day provision of technical support and the monitoring of clients' systems are the primary responsibilities of the position, these must be carried out efficiently and adhere to SLAs.Skillset:
Microsoft, O365, AzureSQLVMware, Hyper VNetwork Infrastructure
