Graduate Software Engineer

Dorking

£25,000-£35,000 + Progression + Training + Package

Excellent opportunity for a Graduate with knowledge of C/C++ and/or Python to join a machinery manufacturer offering brilliant training opportunities, fantastic progression routes through to Senior Software Developer, and a welcoming and dynamic team.

This company are a leading manufacturer of large, niche machinery sold all across Europe. They are embarking on a greener approach to manufacturing and operation and as such are recruiting a number of positions, including this one, to work on their new product range.

In this role you will work on the control systems for this machinery, from the UI to the backend systems. You will work with C/C++, Python, and other more niche software tools specifically built for this type of equipment. You will join a team of 5 existing Engineers and will be predominantly based in the Dorking office as you'll need to be hands-on with the hardware regularly.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Computer Science or similar and have some C/C++ or Python skills. Any experience with hardware (Raspberry Pi, Electronics, Cars etc.) would be beneficial. Candidates must be commutable to the Dorking area.
