The Opportunity This opportunity sits within the Cyber Security Team and will support impacted teams and individuals through the change, making it as smooth as possible for all involved. You will will also support colleagues elsewhere in Parliament to adapt to new ways of working and provide change advice across Parliament, helping teams to embed business change and ensure its long-term success.We are looking for:a highly motivated Business Change Manager who is keen to understand Parliament's unique cyber security landscape and challenges, continually improving both knowledge and skill sets in line with current best practice and external industry awareness.who remain switched on to geopolitical and domestic activity in order to protect its people, data and technology. take responsibility for operational cyber security including logging and monitoring, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, intelligence-led penetration testing, awareness and engagement, development of cyber policies and standards, security architecture, forensic investigations, and risk management. What You Need demonstrable ability to develop, deliver and successfully implement change management strategies

and plans (based on proven methodologies) in complex organisations. demonstrate an ability to quickly build knowledge of cyber security challenges and use of technology and information in a large, complex organisation, while staying up to date on emerging cyber security risks.excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience of building and

maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and diverse groups of stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a good understanding of their needs and challenge, whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion. ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver results within often tight and competing deadlines.the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UKAbout The TeamParliament is a historic institution steeped in tradition which has ambitious digital aspirations.
