Job Description Responsible for the development, deployment, and day-to-day management of the Intermediaries Legislation (IR35) across IAG Tech, and the supporting supply chain, to fulfil IAG Tech's regulatory requirements and mitigate risks around tax obligations. Accountabilities Within this role you will  Lead the continuous improvement and embedding of the IR35 Policy and operating model so that all in-scope contractor recruitment and procurement activity undertaken by the business is compliant with legislation, audit recommendations, and government requirements. Manage responses to all IR35 determinations and queries in accordance with the IR35 policy, relevant legislation, to allow correct tax status determinations to be issued in accordance with the Intermediaries Legislation. Maintain auditable records of all IR35 determinations and queries to provide periodic management data and enable timely responses to appeal panels and audits. Review and update the IR35 Policy and lead communication of any change across IAG Tech as required to maintain compliance with legislation and government requirements. Develop and maintain guidance and processes for the sourcing and supplier management teams to facilitate compliance with the IR35 policy. Deliver IR35 education across the business to raise awareness of, and compliance with, the IR35 policy. Develop and manage reporting requirements for People and Culture and wider IAG Group, to include volume of determinations, trends, and compliance analysis from a Risk Assurance perspective.
