Up to £32,000 + Holidays + Pension + Training

The company is a highly successful law firm based in Manchester and due to the company's growth they are now looking for a IT Service Desk Support to join their IT Team.

In this role you will be the IT helpdesk function for a busy law firm supporting a large base of users, UK wide. You will report to the IT Manager and have regular contact to ensure you can do the job properly and develop your skillset. Your primary duty is to provide 1st line/2nd Line desktop support for all local and occasionally regional computer infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least a years' experience in providing IT systems support, whilst maintaining great communication within a professional services setting.

The Role:

- IT Service Desk Support

- 1st Line/2nd Line Computer Infrastructure For A Busy Law Firm

- Must have Technical Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, InTune MDM, Mimecast, Citrix DaaS, Windows Defender and MS Surface Hubs

- Hybrid, Mon-Fri role - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home

The Person:

- At least 2 years' IT experience, helpdesk, support etc within a Professional Setting

- Live Commutable to Manchester

- Excellent Customer Service Skills

- Experience within the Legal Sector or Professional Services preferred
