IBR (Intelligent Business Reimagination) is combining business strategy & management consulting ("Strategic Value Management") with leading digital, AI and automation ("Intelligent Enterprise") to rapidly realize business impact - often using outcome-based, skin-in-the-game engagement models to reduce inventories, increase revenues or reduce costs.

We differentiate in four main areas:
Pure-play consulting: We continue to do this for Client access, thought leadership and having demonstratable senior leader engagements on the business side. We are directly competing with Big4 / Strategy Houses such as McKinsey and BCG through our mix of strong consulting skills with data-driven diagnostic methods. Transformation Consulting for Outsourcing - for larger outsourcing deals $100M+ we get involved in operating model, transformation, and financial engineering as well as digital strategies and benefits tracking. Business design Consulting - for technology implementation - driving the business case, transformation agenda and delivery leadership for business impact related technology implementations. Rapid digital transformation: A mix of focused consulting sprints coupled with automation / AI deployments to incrementally improve our Clients' business performance.
Position Overview

The role will have leadership, client delivery and business development responsibilities. The Transformation Lead takes both a helicopter view of all initiatives within the workstreams they support and drills-down into the detail of specific initiatives. The Transformation Lead must be able to provide high levels of support to their stakeholders, whilst also contributing to strategic goals by providing a high level of critical challenge

Responsibilities Client delivery of medium and large Transformation projects for demanding clients Lead and direct teams of business / process analysts and technologists across multiple workstreams to deliver successful transformation outcomes for clients enabling significant capacity release, improved efficiency and lower costs. Lead technology workstreams towards fulfilment of transformation goals, using modern technologies such as AI, Customer journey and process re-imagination; workflow enablement and intelligent automation. Identify, manage and effectively mitigate project risks Conduct value assurance of transformation initiatives to track costs and benefits Ensure corrective action is taken when appropriate to challenge changes in value of key savings and benefits Collate and present comprehensive and accurate progress reports (costs, schedule + quality) to various governance forums Work closely with client partners, account directors, account managers, and other Wipro teams to support existing and prospective accounts Maintain effective working relationships with clients at all levels Identify opportunities for further billable work with current or incremental clients Requirements Experience of Transformation consulting within a management consulting environment, or equivalent internal client role Appreciation and understanding of need to operate within an onerous external regulatory framework and complex internal governance protocols within Financial Services space Successful track record of achieving and completing transformation and advisory engagements within a major clients, across several industry sectors and geographies Understanding of how modern technologies can be leveraged to build business case and deliver benefits An effective communicator, able to provide excellent leadership and motivation for the team whilst working effectively as a team player with the sales and delivery teams Relevant qualifications including MBA, BA, Prince II, MSP, MBB, Agile, BB, GB, CIPS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, Six Sigma, Lean Some understanding of strategic account planning and marketing campaigns with practical knowledge of developing complex account plans and implementing them Experience of working with Risk, Compliance and Regulatory team in one of the previous roles and an appreciation of their concerns and objectives Other desirable skills / abilities Strong leadership skills Strong communication, presentation, writing and inter-personal skills are critical Knowledge of pensions domain - savings, investments and retirement Wipro Equal Opportunity Statement:
