My client is a PE backed business currently achieving 30% growth YoY and operations in over 20 countries.
To support their continued growth, we are looking for a talented Global Head of Finance to join their team.
The Role:
As the Global Head of Finance, you will lead our finance function and support the companys financial strategy. You will work closely with the executive team to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also lead the development of digital finance capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance function, including group finance, management accounts, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
* Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives.
* Drive the development of digital finance capabilities, including the implementation of new financial systems and tools.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements globally and support external reporting.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.
* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
* Experience in a high-growth company, preferably in the PE backed with a track record of investor relations
* Experience of liquidity management, raising funds and building strong relationships with international banks
* Strong digital skills, with experience in implementing new financial systems and tools.
* Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
