Overview
We're looking for an outstanding CRM Executive to take our Learning & Wellbeing category to the next level and beyond! You will plan, manage and execute projects that support the delivery of partner and marketing campaigns, globally. You will be innovative and commercially astute - always striving to try new things and harness ideas from the team to make them work. You will be confident to test, optimise and improve on a continuous basis, using data insights and member understanding to drive performance.
About the Role
The UNiDAYS Learning and Wellbeing category is experiencing unprecedented growth, driven by an advanced CRM function which is member-focused and commercially astute. Due to this success, we are now looking for a proactive and collaborative team member to assist with all CRM and Marketing campaign delivery. We need a trusted pair of hands in the team; someone who thrives in a rapidly changing environment with tough targets and high standards of campaign delivery.
Day to day responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute smaller CRM projects and tests from end to end
Plan CRM campaigns with clear alignment to business value and team strategy
Support the CRM team with planning, creation and execution of CRM campaigns from start to finish, including:
Briefing artwork to Design team
Writing engaging copy in line with UNiDAYS tone of voice
Building emails, push and in app campaigns
Proofing and testing the campaign to ensure copy, offer and links are correct
Segmenting the database for sends
Incorporating A/B tests in send and manage the tests across different regions
Liaising with the localisation team for translations
Schedule campaigns
Support the L&E team with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and onsite communications.
Suggest and present global CRM findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Ensure secondary stakeholders are aware of CRM campaigns and findings
Work with the Commercial Team to deliver sold media campaigns across CRM
Work with the Marketing Team to deliver prioritised Member Initiatives to achieve member targets across CRM
Deliver campaigns, projects and tests in a timely manner
Track and report on global campaign performance
Understand the impact CRM is having on regional KPIs
Understand and use dynamic content to delivery personalised communications that drive ROI
Embed optimisation into all aspects of CRM
Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeting campaigns, ensuring positive ROI
Understand and maintain a healthy CRM database with great deliverability
Support to deliver the CRM strategy
Manage stakeholder relationships within the team and other areas of the business
Execute the CRM Roadmap; campaign execution, innovative thinking, testing and roll-out
Work with wider Data & Insight team and vendor to ensure appropriate reporting is in place
Keep up to date on industry trends and case studies
Close collaboration with the marketing and Commercial teams to create, maintain and follow internal campaign processes
Be an ambassador for best practices within this field - keep up to date with the latest developments in data driven CRM and martech
What we need from you
Who You Are

Execution focused - happy to get their hands dirty in day to day delivery and all elements of a campaign - from planning, briefing, executing and reporting
Quality of work and attention to detail - considers all messaging, design and member communications carefully so they are the best that they can be and puts steps in place to check work and ensure things are accurate and QA'd correctly
Independent - able to execute campaigns, tests and project elements with little oversight whilst acting on feedback and direction positively.
Diligent - able to focus and organise and work to tight deadlines as well as deal with conflicting priorities and requirements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapid change. Able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Team player - can work independently but also collaboratively with other members of the CRM team across regions on multiple campaigns
Data-driven - relishes using data to inform ideas and embraces hard-learned results from campaigns. Able to provide stakeholders with clear, data-backed results and recommendations whilst ensuring alignment to the strategy
Good communication - both in terms of the presentation of work but providing updates on progress, setting clear scope with stakeholders, managing expectations
Keen to learn - embraces the chance to try new approaches as well as learn new tools and ways of working.
Leadership skills and the ability to influence others with a 'can do' attitude.
What You Have Done
Experience in a CRM or email marketing role
Experience in delivering CRM comms to a large audience based in multiple regions
Experience in building complex segmentation and AB tests
Experience in using CRM as a paid media channel and delivering against campaign targets
Experience in working with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data Insight teams
Ideally experience in delivering campaigns for subscriptions or wellbeing products or study resources
Experience in project management / time management best practices
Experience in spotting trends/analysis and creating action plans off the back of
Well versed in local and international email/push compliance & deliverability.
Experience in measuring and interpreting marketing performance data at a large scale
