Role overview The role will primarily include delivery of Process transformation, consulting, and business development responsibility for Digital Consulting in Wipro accounts (mostly Fortune 1000 cos). The primary objective is to deliver focused process re-engineering for HR Transformation (Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Service Management, Workforce Transformation, Data Realization and reporting, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management Etc.), ERP implementation and transformation programs as well as large scale HR Process Improvement and Automation. Engage with clients to deliver HR transformation across industry sectors - establish themselves as partners to understand the problem statement and deliver appropriate solutions. Assess, design, and deliver a full end-to-end digital experience to our clients for Human ResourceWork with client partners and account directors to recognise opportunities and develop propositionsCapture As-Is and Design To-Be business processes in tools like ARIS, Signavio, Casewise and/or VisioAnalyse business processes leveraging process mining tools like Celonis, ARIS Process Mining, Kofax Insight Process Analyzer etc.Worked on process discovery and process mapping into implement new toolsUse your HR Transformation experience to collaborate with our clients in advising and ultimately transforming them into the new era of intelligent assetsSupport business development including supporting RFPs and client workshops on HR Process Improvement & Enterprise Asset ManagementActively participate in developing consulting capabilities within the team Candidate profile
The ideal candidate profile would be comprised of the following attributes -12-15 years' experience, including at least 10 years HR transformation consulting experience across process, organisation, and technology.Strong understanding of Data Architecture for Employee Master Data, Payroll Data Models and other HR processes for both Salaried and Hourly Wage Employees. Must have past experience in large scale programs related to Data model Design, Data Migration and Data Cleanse in HR process landscape. Past experience in defining Employee Master and end to end flow of Data for Payroll Processing for White Collared and Blue Collared employee base.Candidate must be holding a master's degree (MBA/M. Com), preferably in HR Specialization. IT acumen is also preferred.Experience in Leading & Delivering multiple complex end-to-end HR Transformation Program for UK Company - Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Service Management, Workforce Transformation, Data Realization and reporting, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Vetting, Discover to Launch , ranging from blueprinting up to and including Go-Live Support.Process Analysis and To-Be Process Design for HR Processes (HR Planning, Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Onboarding, HR Service Management, Workforce Transformation, Data Realization and reporting, Performance & Compensation benefit etc), including As-Is process capture, Functional Requirement, gathering and Solution documentation.Functional aspects of HR tools delivery (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP SCM, SAP S/4, and/or Dynamics)Experience in leading teams in process design, solutioning and development of deliverables with excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stake holders. Experience in Leading HR Transformation projects in the context of a Shared Services/GBS environment Cross domain issues (including Facilities Management, Property Management, Telecom, Energy, Natural Resources, Utilities, Manufacturing, and other Asset-Intensive industries). Experience in Facilities Management industry preferable.Knowledge of process automation tools (BP, UiP, WF, AA, or similar), process mining (Celonis, Process Analyser, Disco, or similar), Process architecture tools (ARIS, Signavio, Casewise, Blueworks or similar) and BPR approaches (Lean Six Sigma etc) is desirableKnowledge to implement Lean or Six sigma, worked on Lean and Six Sigma projects or championed Lean and Six Sigma projects at a larger scaleConsulting skills including probing, information gathering, analysis, creating options, managing stakeholders, presenting and workshop facilitation on business process redesign, value analysis etcBusiness development skills including creating white papers and managing client opportunitiesClient management and relationship building skillsPractice development skills (supporting and developing other team members) Business Dynamics Consulting
