Understanding Recruitment are searching for an experienced Digital Platform Manager to work with one of our prestigious clients within the charity sector.

You will own the use of WordPress as a strategic platform within the charity's Digital Estate.

Working closely with internal stakeholders - particularly within the International team - the wider Digital, Data and Technology directorate, and external suppliers, you will ensure the WordPress platform and sites are maintained and enhanced in line with the needs of the charity.

Skills Required for a Digital Platform Manager:

- Proven experience of managing a strategic digital platform within an organisation, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Detailed knowledge and experience of WordPress as a platform and an understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery and JavaScript

- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle and Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are passionate about building collaborative partnerships and working relationships
