This is not a traditional project management role. We're looking for passionate agile delivery managers, who have experience of delivering software in an agile environment, to lead and enable a multi-disciplinary team through multiple phases.

Our Agile Delivery Managers enable expert digital teams to create, build, innovate and deliver. We create psychologically safe spaces where digital experts can be at their best.

You'll make sure they have what they need to deliver the best services. You'll identify blockers and find the best way round through, and over.

Our focus is on individuals and interactions, values and behaviours - not processes tools or documentations - and we put the user at the centre of everything we do.

Our Agile Delivery practice is thriving with over 200 members. We lead a cross-government community which meets once a month to share ideas and discuss emerging trends.

You'll join us in our digital hub based out of Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield or Newcastle.

We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model, so you can expect to be in the office about 40% of the time.

In return for your skills, we offer a competitive salary of up to £66,387

You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 27.1%. For a starting salary of £40,000, for example, that would mean DWP put nearly £11,000 in your pension pot each year.
