Job Description

Publicis Sapient are seeking a Director, Product Management to join the EMEA Salesforce practice team of bright thinkers and doers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Product Owner and Leader who is looking for significant professional growth at an organisation with an award-winning culture for creativity, client impact and openness.

Your role will carry a core focus on defining and delivering client solutions, structuring product teams and contributing to large-scale deliveries of Salesforce solutions. You will partner with client(s), SMEs, business analysts, consultants, and architects, to frame business goals and value streams from which we can shape solution propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience.

You will also be responsible for thought leadership and driving the adoption of Salesforce business and technology trends at many of the worlds' most prestigious brands. Along with driving best fit solutions for our clients, you will also work closely with business development leads, client partners and programme delivery managers to realise new business opportunities and help grow client accounts.

Your Impact

You will work closely with stakeholders to pitch, design and deliver Salesforce solutions that will transform our clients' businesses. Your key strengths will be in leading Salesforce strategy, design, planning and delivery, driving best practices adoption, and ensuring the growth of teams and talent. You will also pride yourself in helping to instil a long-term technology vision for our Salesforce practice at Publicis Sapient.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience
Proven leadership and consulting skills to build trust relationship with customers10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystemExperience mapping business needs to Salesforce capabilities and productsDemonstrated success creating Salesforce product vision and strategyStrong presentation, client pitching skills and Agile Delivery experienceA proven track record as a senior business analyst delivering enterprise scale technology transformation projects using Salesforce technology:Including Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Heroku etcDemonstrating awareness of DevOps/Automation (CI, CD) for large scale deliveryProven aptitude to rapidly learn new technologiesStrong presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to lead a range of workshops e.g. Discovery, Solution Design and DeliveryEagerness to co-define and deliver advisory sessions for strategic initiativesHelp towards the development of the practice and build reusable frameworks
