As Junior Technical Solution Architect, you'll join a team of architects which provide Ofgem with technical solution design to meet business requirements in the area of digital technology. You'll translate business strategy and business needs into conceptual and architectural designs, with your principal purpose being to help run the architecture practice with the facilitation of all its activities and stakeholders.

You'll be experienced at designing and assuring solution architectures in support of IT programmes and projects. You'll also have a strong understanding of Azure Cloud architecture, including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, Containers, Storage, Networking and Azure Security. Your previous experience in the principle of digital workflow systems will help you to excel within this role.

Just as importantly you'll be able to bridge the gap between the technical and non technical, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You'll also be able to understand your work in the wider context of what Ofgem is aiming to achieve, and support the evolution of the ever changing digital landscape through open-minded thinking. You'll thrive on bringing innovation to Ofgem, and enjoy working collaboratively with departments and multidisciplinary teams.
