This newly created role will give you the exciting opportunity to work as part of an expanding growth-minded team responsible for multiple eCommerce and B2B service websites.We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEO specialist to join our team and take ownership of our search engine optimization efforts. Key Responsibilities will include:Create and manage a robust SEO strategy for each of our brands, to achieve increased authoritative value and organic traffic growthConduct keyword research and competitive analysisLeverage SEO platform insights to identify key opportunities for improvementContinually audit our websites for ongoing on-page and technical optimisations; working with the team to execute recommendationsDevelop and execute an internal/external linking strategy, including documenting best practicesAbout you:The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. You will also have:A minimum of 3 years' experience of full-time, in-house or agency SEO experienceA deep working knowledge of technical and on-page SEO and digital marketing best practicesExperience with SEO tools including Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etcWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how they impact SEO.Advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to measure and interpret dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environmentBenefits:We offer a fun and collaborative work environment and offer a salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. You will have a starting entitlement of 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing each year to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays as well as being able to take a one month paid sabbatical every six years.
