Linux Engineer *Hybrid WFH* to £100kAre you a technologist with a strong knowledge of Linux and financial trading environments?You could be using strategic thinking to improve systems and deliver world class financial software solutions to a global client base, as part of a supportive Agile team with continual learning opportunities.As a Linux Engineer you'll be embedded within an Agile development team to support them with all types of integrations and upgrades; you'll be working on strategic project based work, collaborating with software engineers and acting as an integration and deployment specialist.You'll project manage large firm wide roll-outs, assessing the impact and facilitating the deployment of changes to any component into the production environment, supporting the development team through change and developing tools to help automate workflows.WFH Policy:You'll join colleagues in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit and 360 views of the City with flexibility to work from home one day a week.Requirements:You have experience in a financial trading environment with a good knowledge of Front Office trading applicationsYou have a strong knowledge of Linux OSYou have excellent organisation and planning skills with experience of managing large scale software / hardware integrationsYou can script with Python or bashYou have a good understanding of SQL databases, networking, exchangesYou're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skillsSalary & benefits:As a Linux Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £100k) plus significant bonus and benefits package including pension, family medical and dental care, life assurance and more.Apply now to find out more about this Linux Engineer (Automation) opportunity.At Client Server we believe in a diverse workplace that allows people to play to their strengths and continually learn.
