This company specialise in high-end construction fit-out within a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, and retail. Having grown massively over the last few years, they are expecting an increase in turnover and have an impressive order book, therefore looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be tasked with communicating with clients to ensure smooth completion of factory works alongside efficiently managing your time between running sites, placing orders, negotiating, organizing subcontractors and ensuring timely submission of accounts. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and background in construction with previous experience managing projects.
