Lead Application Support Analyst (SQL Excel Batch Scripting) *Hybrid WfH / London* to £75k

Successful FinTech software house is seeking a Lead Application Support Analyst to join their talented team. The company provide financial software applications to the asset management and finance community, including Tier 1 Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Investment Managers.

As a Lead Application Support Analyst, you will lead a talented team of two whilst remaining hands-on, managing the delivery of application updates to client environments, and investigating complex technical issues. You will take ownership of incidents, requests, and problems including application errors, configuration problems, standing data issues, network and infrastructure problems through to faults with third party systems. As a Lead Application Support Analyst, you will have regular catch-ups with your team and will be client facing therefore, will need the ability to engage well and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

You have previous experience of application support, supporting enterprise level clients

You have excellent client-facing skills

You have good knowledge of SQL and Batch scripting, Excel, and Microsoft

You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

You ideally have a FinTech background
