Global Leader developing the worlds most advanced products used in the film and broadcast industries has a brand-new opportunity for a Hardware Manager to be based in Central Bristol. This is a brand-new position and as the hardware manager you will be required to help with capability uplift, working across a range of different product streams. We need a passionate person to grow and manage a group of 5- 10 people in a dynamic environment. Our client is rapidly growing and they are still looking to employ a variety of FPGA Digital Design Engineers. The Hardware Manager will have strong technical VHDL/Verilog skills as 60% of time will be spent in a hands on capacity Suitable applicants need to have:A solid foundation as a hardware engineer, bringing best practices of development and delivery to the teamThe ability to collaborate with stakeholders and sponsors while understanding and meeting the needs of the team8+ years in hardware engineeringWe are looking for a proactive, self-directed technical leader with an attention to detail.
