We are proud to be working with the world’s leading computing and connectivity technology company in their search for a Digital Design Manager. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the Digital Design Manager will be managing a team of 10 Digital ASIC Design Engineers within the Ethernet Group dedicated to developing a new line of smart networking devices. The Digital Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing activities spanning microarchitecture, RTL design, verification, and physical design, and will utilise his/her knowledge of ARM technology to drive development of these new products, which will include an ARM Compute Complex (sub-system). The Digital Design Manager will have:An extensive background in Digital ASIC / SoC Development, with knowledge across the complete digital design flowKnowledge of ARM technologyPeople management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to look for strengths in the team and work with international, multi-cultural teamsA strategic mindset, able to assess and balance project priorities and deliver timely resultsIn return, our client can offer an exciting, challenging role with plenty of long-term career opportunities and a highly competitive salary and rewards package.
