Full time, permanent £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK This IT Support role is perfect for someone who is willing to learn and has a desire to develop a long-term career. There is considerable scope within the role to expand the successful applicant's knowledge with time given to focus on training to support this. Project work would be undertaken as and when required to allow the successful applicant to expand their knowledge into multiple facets of IT. About the role: Reporting to the IT Manager, the role will include dealing with basic IT support requests, along with supporting the availability of systems. The role would involve getting hands on in the manufacturing facility at times which can be a dirty environment. So, if you don't mind getting stuck in, read on!


Main Duties: Systems Administration and general housekeeping of IT systems Supporting users in daily issues Management of user cyber security training Ensuring system uptime Testing of backups Additional project work

Essential skills: Active Directory Office 365 Windows Operating Systems Exchange Hardware Support Printer Support
Desirable skills: VMWare Networking including switch and AP management, patching, cabling etc. Firewall Management Linux SQL Server Administration Programming experience
