Application Support Analyst SQL London / WFH to £35kAre you a bright, ambitious Application Support Engineer looking for an opportunity to progress your career with continual learning and self development opportunities?You could be joining a City based FinTech, collaborating with a friendly and upbeat team and gaining valuable knowledge of financial trading systems.Your role:As an Application Support Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd line support on both web and desktop applications, issues can vary from incorrect configuration, SQL and Java errors within the application to network and infrastructure problems. You'll log, analyse and resolve a range of functional and technical product issues, diagnosing problems and escalating where appropriate. You'll work with clients, managing communication and updates to ensure customer satisfaction.You'll collaborate within a supportive, small team environment with excellent career opportunities.WFH Policy:You'll be able to work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the City office twice a week in a hybrid model.Requirements:You have commercial experience in a similar Application Support / Technical Support positionYou have good basic SQL skillsIdeally you will have experience of supporting Java or web based systemsYou have a good understanding of Windows OS and the Microsoft Office suiteYou're collaborative, keen to learn and progress your career within an Application Support roleSalary & benefits:As an Application Support Analyst you will earn a competitive salary (to £35k) plus benefits including pension.
