SAP Helpdesk - Inside IR35 - Stockport and working from home

You need to have organisational and troubleshooting skills:

* Excellent communication skills, constructively engaging with team (written and verbal).

* Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Word)

* Able to work at pace, producing accurate quality deliverables on time.

* Supporting Team Leads and Subject Matter Experts in working across business change management, communications, systems and data.

* Understanding of the fundamentals of

E-Procurement systems

Desirable but not essential:

* Finance change experiences (systems and process), Enterprise scale, ideally SAP/HANA.

* SAP Ariba Commerce Automation

* SAP Fieldglass

* Concur

MANDATORY

* Over 3 Years Helpdesk experience.

* Proficient in at least one Incident Management System like ServiceNow

* Finance and/or Procurement Systems Change

Preferred

* SAP 4/HANA and/or complex operating model exposure.

* Agile & lean delivery practices.
