Head of Data Analytics (SQL Knime Alteryx ETL PowerBI Excel) *Hybrid WfH / London* to £110k
Are you a talented Data Analyst, who has experience in leadership positions, looking for a Head of Data Analytics opportunity within the insurance space?
You could be joining a rapidly expanding insurance brokers group that provide clients with intelligent advice and products to service specialist insurance needs. You will be working alongside a friendly and sociable group of professionals who are passionate about what they do.

Your role:
As the Head of Data Analytics, you will oversee a small team of 3 Data Analysts and will key role in providing insightful reporting, direction on data strategy, and system development across the entire company. With your teams insightful reporting, you will help the business monitor performance, identify gaps in processes, and drive increased revenue through opportunity analysis. Some of the key areas you will support in the business will include finance, IT and infrastructure, and carrier management.
WfH policy:
The company is based in London however, you will be able to work remotely 3 days a week.
Requirements:
You are an experienced Data Analyst who has previously worked in leadership positions
You must have experience within Insurance previously
You have advanced SQL skills
You have experience using ETL tools including Knime and / or Alteryx
You have a good understanding of PowerBI
You have advanced knowledge of Excel
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
