Project Manager (Site Based - Commercial)London & Various Sites covering South East/West UK£50,000 - £70,000 + Great Progression Opportunities

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join an expanding and growing company where the company offers a competitive salary, great support and a clear path of progression for the right individual.

The Company now requires a Project Manager (site based) to hit the floor running and help drive the company forwards. The candidate must have previous experience with commercial construction, predominately fit out projects (CAT A & B).

The right candidate must be a good communicator, present well and have a good record of quality, both in his technical ability and his literacy/communication skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Construction/Project Management, SHEQ processes, programming/planning, Pre construction/Technical engineering processes, Quality systems/Frameworks and commercial costing. The right candidate will have experience in a site based project manager role and previously have prior experience with D&B/fit out companies.

In this role you will be working on site, so must have drive and energy to do so. The sites can be scattered across the South of the UK so staying away and travel should not be an issue. The right candidate should have at least 2 years+ experience in delivering projects, from start to finish, within the commercial field (fit outs - CAT A & B), with any office or Lab fit out experience being a bonus. The right candidate must be proficient with programming and have excellent client liaison whilst having previous experience within main contractor (commercial sector) companies.
