Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Site Manager to assist the Project Manager in delivering fitout developments successfully, nationwide. Ideally the candidate will be able to meet higher demands and take them to the next stages of success. The Role:Assisting the onsite project managerAssisting with day to day management of sub contract trades to meet the programme requirementsCoordination of deliveries and responsibility for distribution of materials.Responsibility of day to day H&S management of sub contract trades, obtaining relevant daily permits and recording ofReporting to Overall site ManagerMust have CSCS & SMSTSMust have experience in this roleChecking quality of all tradesEnsure operatives obtain permits and working as site rules

The Person:Fit out experienceQualified Carpenter or interior Trade background preferred7 + years in Site managementAvailable for a start preferred
