As a flexible Senior UX Designer, you will conduct research to understand customers' problems, work with the business to understand their needs and collaborate with UI designers and developers to design the final product. In your first few weeks in this UX Designer role, you can expect to:Apply research techniques and gather requirementsConcept, prototype, validate, fine-tune and present design solutionsCommunicate solutions to developers in an agile software development environmentCreate sketches, flows, wireframes and other design artifacts. To apply for this UX Designer role, you will need 6 years of experience in UX design for web, desktop or mobile applications. You will also require the following:Experience with a range of UX tools and the willingness to adopt to new toolsA good understanding of web technologiesAbility to gain a deep understanding of customers work and the challenges they face.In return for your skills, you will receive a salary of £60-£100,000 and an excellent benefits package including company bonus scheme and flexible hybrid working options.
