And we're looking to add to this with another highly motivated Technology Risk professional to work at the heart of our function.

Sound like your kind of place? You'd be operating at a senior level - partnering at Director level and above and deputise for Senior Risk Leads. You'll contribute to both strategic and operational decision making by providing insight, challenge and support. Here's what you'd focus on:

Challenging and providing input into new agile approaches being explored by LBG and performing risk reviews to ensure they remain within Group's risk appetite

Leading a programme of IT risk reviews providing insightful commentary and proposed risk mitigation actions while ensuring the LBG Risk Management Framework requirements are met.

Initiating, leading and delivering change programmes to achieve continuous improvements to our processes and systems.

About you... You're someone who'll bring a shared passion for our values of putting customers first, keeping it simple, and making a difference together. With a gift for problem-solving along with the inquisitiveness to challenge constructively and innovative you'll keep driving improvements while learning. You'll be able to build strong, collaborative, relationships within the function, customer areas and across the matrix of the organisation. Finally the ability to deliver high quality verbal/written key messages for use at senior executive level or by external parties (e.g. Regulators). This is what we'd be looking for as a minimum:

You'll have an appropriate experience of IT/Tech Risk previously held in middle-senior manager positions

This includes knowledge of the operational and regulatory complexities across strategic, operational and change perspectives.

You'll demonstrate a good understanding of industry standards, control frameworks (e.g.COBIT), technology landscape and key IT risk areas.

And a decent understanding across a number of other key areas (but not limited to):

Infrastructure Technologies - Middleware/Storage/Networks/Mainframes

IT resilience

Cloud Services, DevOps

Suppliers management/governance processes and outsourced 3rd party systems

Management of IT Incidents/Problems/Changes and experience supporting live service material events
