Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo and/or Pardot) - London - up to £65,000 + bonusAs the Marketing Automation Manager, you will take ownership of the Marketo instance across this global organisation. The company are looking for someone who can take responsibility of the automation system, drive adoption of the platform and be influential in how Marketo syncs with the Salesforce. An exciting time to join where you will be influential as the marketing team continues to grow as the company expands globally. With support from the Head of Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the capabilities of Marketo across the organisation - working with various teams across the business to enhance its use. Further to this, you will utilise your strong automation experience within a B2B setting, owning automated and personalised campaigns to drive engagement and improve campaign performance. You will also capitalise on your strong experience using engagement studio to drive lead nurturing campaigns and build effective lead scoring/grading processes. Key skills:Marketing Automation experience and building out automated campaigns (Marketo and/or Pardot).Syncing Marketo with the CRM (Salesforce) - desirable. Stakeholder ManagementDeveloping automated campaigns as well as working on strategy Lead nurturing - processes and implementation.SegmentationLead scoring/grading Strong analytical skills for measuring MQLs and SQLsDesigning and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reportingHTML experience The organisation are looking for a candidate who can take the lead and drive their projects forward, making it a brilliant opportunity where you will be able to grow and progress. There is a lot of autonomy to shape how the platform is used, and you will work with senior stakeholders across the business. The role pays up to £65,000, with a bonus and flexible working.
