OTC Project Manager - (EQD, IRD, CRD) Investment Bank
Knowledge of OTC products (EQD, IRD and CRD)
4-5yrs experience
Good knowledge of our Front to Finance chain for OTC scope, including risk and PnL chain too.
Good knowledge of our referential and market data systems
Experience in planning, coordinating, executing and following migrations to target architecture
Knowledge of the decision-making bodies' operations in the scope associated with the project
Knowledge of their scope's technical and application architecture principles
Knowledge of budget management principles
Demonstrated analytical skills
Proficient in project management principles and their governance
Organizational skills
Communication skills
Transformation Project Manager responsibilities include:
Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the project's objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity's strategic priorities and the Sponsor's expectations
Responsible for meeting project objectives in compliance with the allocated budget and deadlines, and the quality of deliverables
Coordinate preliminary studies with the Business/sponsor
Ensure that the need is properly defined and validated
Ensure consistency of requirements with the needs retained and the technological feasibility
Ensure that the solution (particularly the data dimension) is compatible with all the requirements
Ensure the solution is validated with all the stakeholders
Prepare, consolidate and validate elements used to make estimations and prepare schedules during the entire
project
With all the stakeholders, identify and manage the risks that may emerge when the project is being implemented
Identify the needs in terms of human resources and technical and functional skills
Identify, depending on implementation capacity (technical and human resources), the project's impacts on the requests' strategic plan and enhance it where necessary
Perform some Transversal Business Analysis, hands on.
Management and analysis of issues.
Identify and manage the dependencies between the various contributing teams for a successful End to End delivery.
Steer the entire project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors
Steer and measure the project's progress
Make decisions regarding impacts on costs, quality and deadlines by integrating the Business value created
Plan, prepare and ensure the transition to the project governance bodies (architecture and investment committees)
Develop the deployment plan with all the stakeholders and guarantee that it is implemented
Organize the transition of the project to maintenance mode
Assess the project and close it
