1st Line Support Engineer An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer with previous service desk experience to join a global renewable energy organsation with a working agreement of 5 days in their offices, based in Bolton. As the 1st Line Engineer, you will be providing IT support to their workforce using a variety of technologies including Windows and Office 365. The successful applicant will have experience setting up laptops and printers, troubleshooting, working on ticketing systems and installing software, as well as having a basic understanding of networking.This is a brilliant opportunity for a 1st Line Support Engineer to gain troubleshooting experience within a fast-paced environment as well as getting the opportunity to develop their network support skills to enhance their knowledge and skillset. A successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be a friendly individual that has a keen interest in computers and can work both independently and as part of a team.Please note occasional travel to Swindon, Aldershot, Huddersfield sites is requiredSkills required for the 1st Line Support Engineer Position:Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365A brilliant communicator and the ability to work with various stakeholders Previous Service Desk Support experienceGreat knowledge of Active Directory AdministrationBasic networking knowledgeDriver's License is required

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (5 days a week in office + Occasional Travel)
