Construction Site Manager (Wind Farm)

£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits

An Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in the wind turbine sector as a Site Manager for Wind Farm construction, working on a range of projects across the UK & Ireland.

Are you a construction site manager? Do you have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering? Are you looking for a highly varied position in the Wind Turbine sector?

On offer is a Site Manager position where you will work on New & Existing Projects across the UK & Ireland and will generally work a 3 in 1 rotation. You will be the main site contact and manage the project from a site perspective overseeing and controlling civil and electrical BOP work in readiness for turbine delivery and while supporting the PM with site planning preparation and execution. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of HSE at the wind farm.

This role is with a top 3 global company who employee 10,000+ people globally, though continued growth and expansion are now looking for an additional Site manager to join the exiting team.

This position works on a rotational basis where you will be away for up to 3 weeks at a time followed by a week off.

This position would suit a Construction Site manager who has a background in mechanical / electrical engineering looking to get into or continue a career in the wind turbine sector for a global leader.

The Role:

· Manage construction projects from a site perspective, main POC for the PM team

· Overseeing and controlling civil and electrical BOP work in readiness for turbine delivery

· Managing all aspects of HSE at the wind farm

· £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits

The Person: Previous Construction Site Management ExperienceHND / Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical / Electrical or Civil Engineering)CSCS Site Manager accreditationCan be based anywhere in UK & Ireland as long as has good transport networks and willing to commute
