HV Technical Manager (Solar O&M)

Remote Role

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has experience working in with HV systems that is looking to move into the renewable energy industry and build a career with a global leader in the industrial scale solar industry.

This company are a global leader in Solar development and provide industry leading O&M services to photovoltaic plants across the world. In response to the ever increasing demand for renewable energy solutions the company are expanding in all areas of the business and as such are looking for a new HV Technical Manager to join the team.

In this role you will work within the global engineering team and focus on technical support and management of all HV electrical systems owned by the company. You will help define the HV function business strategy and liaise with colleagues to ensure the delivery of services to HV assets in line with electrical safety rules.

The ideal candidate will have sound technical knowledge of HV electrical systems and will have experience working in HV sector designing new connections. Previous hands on experience as an SAP would be beneficial, it would also be massively advantageous if the candidate comes from an industrial solar background.

The Role:

*HV Technical Manager (Solar O&M)

*Home based, needs the ability to travel as the business requires, could be international

*Overseeing HV function across whole business including international assets

* Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Medical + Life Assurance + Holidays + Enhanced Pension + More

The Person:

*Good working knowledge of HV electrical systems

*Understanding of DNO Grid Applications

*Hands on experience as an SAP is beneficial

*Travel internationally as required

*Project Management experience
