Job DescriptionWe require a Team Leader with development skills.
Your experience must include 5 years experience of Oracle database (8 and above) and Developer 2000 (including forms and reports).
At least 1 years experience of Java (preferred), 5 years analysis/design experience, 7 years experience in an IT environment.
Have at least 2 years experience of managing a team of at least 8 people. Must be educated to degree level.
Leadership skills, Project management, Strong analytical skills, be Organised and methodical,
Strong communication skills.
Required to write technical specifications from business or functional specifications.
Must have experience Oracle developer suite of products (particularly forms and reports) to undertake projects and enhancements - Oracle SQLPLUS, PL/SQL,
Unix scripting. You will have overall responsibility for supporting critical processing .
This is an excellent position to work financial organisation. Any experience of working for an insurance or banking sector company would be very useful.
