Job Role: ServiceNow Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow specialist to do a mixture of administrative and development/implementation work. As well as knowledge of the standard IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow, we are especially interested in anyone who has experience of one or more of the following modules:

* Customer Service Management (CSM)

* HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

* Field Service Management (FSM)

Responsibilities:

* As part of an implementation project team, build and deliver solutions ensuring user requirements (Stories) are delivered to specification. We have current active projects in the HRSD and FSM spaces.

* Completion of enhancement requests and new functionality requests to meet business needs

* Build of service catalog items and workflows in ITSM and CSM modules

* Where requested, lead aspects (e.g. demos/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes the customer.

* Have an awareness of the impact of the solutions you are providing to other areas of the platform

* Where necessary help out with day to day admin tasks on the ServiceNow platform

* Provide coaching for more junior colleagues sharing experience and accumulated knowledge to help them develop

* Preparation of documentation as necessary

Person specification:

* Experience managing, maintaining and developing ServiceNow ITSM application

* Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD module

* Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow CSM module

* Preferably experience implementing ServiceNow FSM module

* Experience of testing and creating test scripts

* Strong knowledge of ITIL principles

* ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM

* Comfortable with agile and waterfall methods of working

* Fast learner with an ability to get up-to-speed in a short space of time

* Eligible for SC or DV clearance
