I'm working with an FE college based in the North-West that are looking for an Interim Head of Engineering. You will be responsible for:Leading Curriculum Managers and tutors to identify opportunities for curriculum change and growth, based on the local market indicators Support Curriculum Managers to develop new provisions which meets LEP and local priorities and which allows the college to diversify income streams. Setting and monitoring and achieve targets / KPIs including those for recruitment, attendance, achievement, and success. Contributing to the SAR process, writing the appropriate sections. Undertake observations and learning walks.
