What - IT Support Engineer- DV Cleared (Contract Role) Where - Based in London When - Actively seeking appropriate profiles now Why - Opportunity to work with a market leader in Aerospace, Defence and Security As an IT Support Engineer some of your responsibilities will be:Dealing with faults professionally over the telephone and emailLogging, categorising and prioritising faults in line with team proceduresRun thorough diagnostics to enable first-time fix resolutionsKeeping customers informed throughout the lifecycle of a fault, from initial customer engagement to resolution Manage multiple scheduled tasks for customers to certify that customer systems remain up and runningRequired/Desirable Skill
