SENIOR GOLANG DEVELOPERSalary: Up to 105K (based on experience)Location: FULLY REMOTE WHO ARE WE? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Knowledge of several of the following areas is desirable: AWS, Azure, GCP, GoLang, HTML, SQL, .NetExperience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleaguesCommercial and business awarenessGood communication skills - both written and verbalAttention to detail and desire to probe further into dataMajor cloud hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with Golang experience is a must for this role WHAT YOU'LL DO?Research, design, implement and manage software programsEnsure that our PaaS Platform continues to scale exponentiallyRun the PaaS Platform itself with minimum cost while providing maximum customer valueEnable a constantly growing number of internal and external contributorsArchitect, develop, rollout and support additional services or capabilitiesRollout our platform globallyConstantly learn and discuss together with other smart people on what is best for our customersExperiment with new Cloud Services provided by AWS, GCP, and/or Azure that might create value for our productsDevelop well designed, testable efficient features and improvements in modern object-oriented or functional software languageParticipate in code reviews and advocate for best practices and conformance with internal software quality standards and non-functional requirements This is an exciting opportunity for someone who'd like full automony within a role, making architectural decisions with a team of elite developers..
