Backend Software Engineer (C# .Net 6 AWS) London / WFH to £85k

Are you a skilled Backend Software Engineer / Developer looking for an opportunity to progress your career working with a modern .Net tech stack on Greenfield systems with continual learning opportunities?

You could be joining a leading financial market data provider in a senior, hands-on role.

As a Backend Software Engineer you'll join a cross functional Agile team and be instrumental in delivering a new real-time market data platform built with the latest .Net technology (C# 10, .Net 6) deploying to AWS. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture / design through to development and production in collaboration with Product, QA and DevOps teams, providing subject matter expertise on the .Net stack.

There's a hybrid work from policy; you'll join colleagues in the City office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.

Requirements:

You have strong up-to-date C# .Net skills - you'll be using the latest versions i.e. C# 10 and .Net 6

You have a good understanding of CI/CD

You have TDD / BDD experience

You have experience with AWS or other cloud based services

You have a good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns

You're collaborative with Agile team experience
