Digital Programme Manager - Remote/Sunbury - 6 months - 700 per day (Inside IR35) My client a leading energy supplier based in Sunbury is looking for a Digital Programme Manager on a 6month initail basis @ £700 per day. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing priority digital programmes for Aviation, a key fuelling business under the company Customers & Products (C&P) business group. The Programme Manager will work with Aviation stakeholders as well as company's Innovation & Engineering teams who provide critical IT skills, services and infrastructure. C&P focuses on customers as the driving force for innovating new business models and service platforms to deliver the convenience, mobility and energy products and services of the future. The Aviation digital portfolio is focused on maximising value to the company's Aviation customers and the Aviation business. The specific programme is already in-flight and will be discussed within the interview process.

Qualifications:
Valid Programme and Project Management Qualification - MSP, PMP or equivalent
Agile Delivery Qualification - PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent

Key Skills Required: Must have ?5 years of demonstrable experience leading complex digital transformation and business change programmes Accomplished practitioner in project and programme management with an excellent understanding of the methodologies and techniques involved Experience in value assessment, business case development, procurement practices, budgeting, resource allocation and risk assessment Demonstrable experience in deploying DevOps and Lean/Agile practices at scale Experience working in a Product based environment coordinating Product roadmaps, delivery, adoption, and service quality with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Delivery Manages. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, including managing global distributed teams in a Matrix organisation, and performance management of third parties Ability to network and influence wide range of stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite governance. Excellent communication skills in both face-to-face and virtual settings Quality focussed and customer centric Excellent problem solving and prioritisation skills Good understanding of cloud and digital technologies Understanding of aviation systems and processes is preferred but not essential
