Senior C# Developer London / WFH to £120k

Would you like to join a global FinTech in a senior / lead, hands-on role working with C# .Net and a range of modern data tools and technologies (e.g. Kafka), with continual learning and development opportunities as well as a range of perks and benefits?

As a Senior C# Developer you will take a principal role in architecting, designing and developing backend components of a complex data analytics platform that collects vast amounts of trading data from customers to gain market insights; build algorithmic trading strategies and predict price movements. You'll build systems to process real-time market data feeds that together add hundreds of millions of data points to the dataset every day.

You'll be based in the City within a collaborative software house environment, modern open plan offices with free breakfast, drinks and snacks and quiet break out areas; you can also enjoy a good work / life balance with flexible working (2 days office / 3 days WFH) alongside a host of other perks including training and development plans and the opportunity to participate and contribute to tech talks / meetups.

Requirements:

You have advanced C# .Net development skills, ideally including .Net Core

You have experience with SQL with including the ability to design relational databases and tune queries; you also have experience with data streaming, ideally Kafka

You have a good working knowledge of Cloud based technologies (e.g. Azure or AWS)

You're familiar with at least some following: Hadoop, Apache Spark, Presto, AWS Redshift, Azure Spark, Google BigQuery

You're collaborative with good communication skills, keen to learn and share knowledge
