What - IT Support Engineer (Contract Role) Where - Based in London When - Actively seeking appropriate profiles now Why - Opportunity to work with a market leader in Aerospace, Defence and Security As a IT Support Engineer some of your responsibilities will be:Dealing with faults professionally over telephone and emailLogging, categorising and prioritising faults in line with team proceduresRun thorough diagnostics to enable first time fix resolutionsKeeping customers informed throughout the lifecyle of a fault, from initial customer engagement to resolution Manage multiple scheduled tasks for customers to certify that customer systems remain up and runningRequired/Desirable Skills
