Python Developer Hybrid / London to £85k

Award winning, rapidly expanding site for UK camping and holiday park rentals is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join their talented development team. The company is currently experiencing huge growth with thousands of bookings being taken every day and over 4000 sites globally.

As a Python Developer, you'll oversee the design and development of features for the company's highly scalable backend system; ensuring solutions are designed and built to the highest standard. You'll be able to take ownership of products and will be involved in a number of exciting upcoming projects including replacing the existing website and migrating over to the Cloud (GCP). The company has a large focus on best practises and therefore you will be heavily involved in TDD, code reviews and pair programming.

This is a remote role however, you will be expected to attend the London based office 1 / 2 times per month, therefore you'll need to be within a commutable distance.

Requirements:

You have strong Python development and Django skills

You have worked with complex APIs

You are familiar with cloud-based environments, GCP ideally

You have a solid understanding of software development fundamentals and experience of design patterns, TDD, pair programming, clean code and code reviews

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
