Salary: £78,000 - £100,000 per annum
This role can be based anywhere, but must be able to commit to a couple of days in the office in Manchester.

You will have the opportunity to develop our IT strategy that aligns with our key business priorities, ensuring that IT acts as a key enabler to drive the growth and success of the company!
Job responsibilities:
To develop the IT strategy ensuring the business systems are best in class, enabling client to meet its strategic objectives.
To oversee IT service delivery, through the highest standards and a customer centric approach, supporting a high growth national business.
To maintain essential IT operations, including servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and websites, through a skilled and knowledgeable team and third parties.
To develop the model for change including scoping and prioritising capability journeys, implementing the structure and resource for roll-out and defining governance controls.
To embed the right culture to embrace the transition.
To lead the technology function, providing direction, coaching, support and driving high performance through strong levels of engagement, competence, and motivation.
To support business impact assessment and business change related to new technology solutions.
To define and manage the IT budget and promote strong financial management and reporting.
To direct the development and implementation of company-wide information and communication systems.
Skills required:
You’re a seasoned leader who cares about people, used to operating at Board level.
You have experience of delivering large change projects, with demonstrable good outcomes.
To have experience in digital and technological architecture across the full value chain.
You’ll have strong commercial knowledge of business operations.
You are used to a fast paced and demanding environment, you’re a resilient individual.
You have good knowledge of security standards and legal requirements.
You have experience of administering a wide range of software systems, device management and procurement.
Key Requirements:
This role can be based anywhere, but must be able to commit to a couple of days in the office in Manchester.
Digital transformation/software experience, infrastructure/cloud-based tech transformation.
Must have managed projects in a fast-paced transactional business whilst driving change.
Must be solely running an IT department at board/director level with the ability to put strategic plans in place and manage budgets.
Property sector experience is desirable but not essential (Build to Rent, Student, Residential, Leasehold).
