We're supporting the infrastructure of a number of these strategic transformational initiatives through the provision of Colleague Technology Services and Products - our Modern Workplace.

And we drive the technology delivery required to create a truly Digital Workplace in an evergreen environment - creating new opportunities and products to improve colleague experiences for years to come.

We're looking for individuals who embrace a culture of providing excellent service to customers and making continuous improvements which will help us on our journey towards a modern digital workplace. You'll get to challenge existing processes and ways of working and you'll lead/nurture a team of highly-skilled analysts.

This new role sits within our Colleague Experience and Adoption Team who own our colleague hardware technology delivery function and take it forward!

Key Accountabilities

You'd own the hardware provisioning service, balancing the technology strategy with robust governance and controls

You'll collaborate with partners, technical teams and suppliers to ensure processes and toolsets deliver optimum device choices for colleagues

You'll be responsible for the demand and supply function including securing investment from senior leadership as required

You'd be working within our Risk Management framework to actively identify and mitigate key controls and ensure that concerns are raised accordingly

Essential Skills Required

You'll need to be prepared to work across numerous teams, and have the ability to collaborate across a broad network.

Possess decent communication and relationship-building skills which are key to success

A good amount of experience in a technology based customer service role

Extensive IT Service Management within a Modern workplace environment.

Have the confidence to identify service improvement opportunities along with cost optimisation and improvement in technology automation and resource productivity.
