Delivery Assurance Support Manager

Lloyds Banking Group Halifax (remote/ flexible working available)

Salary & Benefits: £32,680 - £40,850 (depending on experience) base salary, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. Where does this role sit ? Cloud Services supports the delivery of a multi cloud service which is one of the core themes within the Group's CIO vision. The Private Cloud forms a key element of bank's strategy to modernise and digitise its footprint on our journey to help Britain recover & prosper. It's an exciting time to join this fast-paced area and help to enable the evolution of a highly customer-led, innovative, and agile service provision which allows change to be delivered quickly and efficiently.

What will I do?

Supporting our consumers by proving guidance and support to help them define their requirements and understand the best approach for achieving these requirements

Ensuring key findings from engagements with consumers are captured and clearly detailed

Chairing and facilitating several calls with key parties both internal and external

Recognising technical difficulties and challenges that our consumers are facing and utilise your knowledge and understanding to unblock these with support from more senior members of the team

Utilising experience to help shape improvement plans to drive forward the overall consumer experience

Supporting the senior Delivery Assurance Managers with customer concerns to ensure a fair and clearly defined outcome is achieved for all

Building an SME level knowledge of our platform products, services, and offerings

Promoting advocacy of our products through detailed documentation and mentorship (both written and verbal)

Regularly reviewing, improving, and streamlining existing processes to provide an improved experience for consumers

Providing input to Director level forums, including Contractual and Operational meetings across multiple suppliers and business units

What do you need from me?

Some knowledge of Private Cloud technologies and principles preferably within an enterprise type environment

A basic working technical background with a drive to develop and increase these skills, desirable skills would include x86, Virtualisation technologies, Networking fundamentals & IT Security principles

Self-starter who can work independently but recognises when to seek support and uses this to build and develop own knowledge

Prior experience with JIRA and Confluence (or a desire to learn), maximising the value of these tools to drive both value to the internal team and external consumers

Sound experience working with and balancing the expectations of multiple customers and 3rd parties at varying levels

Presentation skills - ideally experience of producing material and communicating this in various ways and in different situations both a technical and non-technical audience

An understanding and/or experience of project delivery within LBG would be desirable but not key
